It’s no secret in my family that my mother cannot wait until she gets the news that I’m ready to start a family.  In fact, that's how TenderTidings.com came to be.  “But for now,” I tell her, “my family is my husband and my almost 1 year old Bengal kitty named Suki.”

Seriously, I know everyone says this about their pet but Suki is the most beautiful and sweetest thing on the planet! Since no kiddos are in my immediate future, I convinced Mom to expand TenderTidings.com to include TenderTidingsPets.com.

With TenderTidingsPets.com I log on everyday from my office and watch as Suki sleeps or watches as her best friend “Mr. Dove” pecks at the bird feeder outside. And my family has enjoyed checking in on their “grandcat” as well. In fact, my grandmother says that Suki is the only thing that sleeps more than my grandfather. I told her it’s because Suki is storing up her energy for our nightly game of chase. Hmm....I wonder if that is my grandfather’s story too?
